Moscow police detained a young man for arson of a service car. This was reported on Wednesday, December 18, in the press service of the capital department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

The incident occurred on Brusilova Street. It is preliminarily established that the Muscovite damaged the car using a flammable liquid.

"The intruder born in 2003, a native and resident of Moscow, detained at the scene," - quotes the message of the Department "RIA Novosti".

It is specified that the fire was liquidated, there are no victims.

According to preliminary data, the young man carried out the instructions of third parties, which he received by phone. The circumstances of the incident are being established.

The day before in St. Petersburg detained a young man who tried to set fire to the military enlistment office. He said that he had acted allegedly on the instructions of his handlers.
