Every fifth Russian respondent said that he wants to celebrate the New Year in the company of neighbors and organize a feast on the territory of his housing estate. This is stated in the results of the research of the group "Samolet", which were familiarized by "Izvestia". Comfortable budget for all New Year's preparations for 90% of respondents is no more than 50 thousand rubles.

Most respondents (63%) prefer to celebrate the New Year at home with family or close friends. Another 13% of respondents like to celebrate together with their neighbors - for example, at the Christmas tree in the yard, in the local park, on the embankment or on the central square of their apartment complex. The remaining 24% of votes were equally divided between three options: a trip to the bathhouse in the company of friends, winter fun like sledding or sleigh rides, and a neighborhood feast in common areas with contests and other entertainment.

"Ten years ago, no one would have thought that New Year's Eve could be celebrated in the lobby of their home, but now many Muscovites can well imagine such a picture. If Soviet architects considered common areas only as a passing zone on the way to the apartment, in modern projects they are turned into a comfortable space for meetings and communication. They turn out to be real centers of neighborhood life, where you can have a word with your neighbor, and even celebrate the New Year", - said the head of customer and product research of the "Airplane" group Maya Jerieva.

At the same time 57% of respondents are ready to spend up to 30 thousand rubles for a festive table, gifts and New Year outfits. For 33% of respondents, a comfortable budget is within the range of Br30 thousand to Br50 thousand, while 9% agree to spend more than Br50 thousand. Only 1% of respondents are ready to spend more than Br100 thousand on New Year's preparations. Analysts specified that the survey of the All-Russian Center for Public Opinion Research predicts that spending on leisure will amount to Br26 thousand on average, while the festive table will cost half as much - Br13 thousand.

Earlier, December 13, it was reported that the average Russian New Year's corporate party in a country house with turnkey organization, musicians, Father Frost and Snow Maiden will cost Russians 38,300 rubles. When renting a separate room, such as a loft, banquet hall, - 34,500 rubles. This is according to the results of a survey by Avito Travel and Avito Services.
