In 2024, the labor market continues to focus on qualified specialists capable of handling difficult tasks. Vladimir Koritsky, CEO of Solar Staff, a service for safe freelancer transactions, told Izvestia on December 19 about in-demand and best-paid professions on the labor market.

According to the expert, in 2024 developers, analysts and marketing specialists will be the most popular on the labor market. This is not only due to the growing workload in the digital economy, but also due to the increasing complexity of professional skill requirements.

"The average monthly income of developers back in the summer showed an increase of 30% and amounted to 149 thousand rubles. This can be explained by the high competition for their services among large and small companies," Koritsky explains.

According to him, analysts also noted a noticeable growth in income: in 2024, their average monthly salary rose by 26%, reaching 102.6 thousand rubles. This is due to the increasing demand for experts capable of processing large data sets.

In addition, marketers' average income already reached 100 thousand rubles in summer 2024, which is 11% higher than last year. This increase is due to the activity of companies in launching new products and advertising campaigns, especially in the spring and fall seasons. At the same time, designers showed a more moderate revenue growth of 7% (to 59.7 thousand rubles), which also reflects seasonal fluctuations in demand for their services.

"Comparison of data for November 2024 and November 2023 shows a strong growth in income among specialists in the digital segment. Programmers retained the leadership in terms of the rate of increase in earnings - their average monthly income increased by 38%, reaching 178,562 rubles," Koritsky summarized.

Earlier, on December 13, the managing partner of the recruiting company CORNERSTONE Vladislav Bykhanov told "Izvestia" about the way to ask for a bonus from the bosses. According to him, only when an employee comes with a job offer from another company, the employer starts to see the problem and tries to solve it on the spot, offering a bonus or other bonuses just to keep the employee.
