New British-Chinese hatchback MG4 started to be sold in Russia

Mir-Distributor has started taking orders in Russia for a new electric hatchback MG4, the price of the model starts from 5.55 million rubles. This was pointed out by the EV Start portal on December 18.

MG4 dimensions are 4287×1836×1516 mm, wheelbase - 2705 mm. The model is equipped with a twin-motor powertrain with an output of 428 hp (600 Nm) and all-wheel drive. Acceleration to a hundred takes 3.8 seconds. Range on a single charge on the CLTC cycle is 460 km (385 km on WLTP).

Electric hatchback received a two-wing spoiler, 18-inch wheels, two-spoke steering wheel, seven-inch dashboard, multimedia system with a 10.25-inch display and support for Apple Carplay and Android Auto, as well as adaptive cruise control and a system of circular vision.

On December 11, it was reported that a new generation of the MG HS midsize crossover is scheduled to debut on the Russian market in early 2025. At the end of 2024 began deliveries in Russia four new models: liftback MG7 with a two-liter engine with an output of 261 hp (405 Nm), compact crossover MG RX5, as well as full-size crossovers MG RX8 and MG RX9 with a body length of almost five meters.
