December 10, cardiologist Andrei Lebedev noted that temperature fluctuations can provoke arrhythmia and angina attacks, as well as myocardial infarction and stroke. In addition, the probability of hypertensive crises increases, reports 360.ru.

On December 4, Denis Bobylev, a cardiologist and rheumatologist at INVITRO North-West, told Izvestia that the key to heart health is three components: sufficient physical activity, taking heart support medications prescribed by a cardiologist for indications, and a balanced diet.
