More than 150 exhibits presented at the New Year's exhibition in the Victory Museum

New Year's exhibition "History in miniature - a look through the ages" opened in the Victory Museum on Wednesday, December 18. The exhibition presented more than 150 original exhibits.

The exhibition was organized with the assistance of the Association of Military-Historical Miniatures of the Moscow branch of the Russian Military Historical Society, the Club of Military Commanders of the Russian Federation, the studio of tin miniature "Baltic Collection of Soldiers", the studio "Russian Rarity", the Creative Workshop of Vyacheslav Nazaruk, as well as private collectors.

"The exhibition opened a series of festive events that will be held in the museum for the New Year. These are creative concerts, and master classes, and of course, the historical quest "Victory Tree", which will gather children from 6 to 13 years old in the museum on Poklonnaya Gora", - noted in the Museum of Victory.

Within the framework of the program residents and guests of the capital will be able to see New Year postcards, Christmas tree toys of the middle of the XX century, a unique collection "Soldiers of Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945" and much more. The basis of the exposition are tin soldiers, which reflect different epochs of Russian history.

Also at the exhibition will be presented historical compositions, such as the feat of General V.G. Kostenetsky, the attack of the Saxon cavalry on the Russian infantry and Akhtyr hussars and others.

The exposition will be available at the Victory Museum until January 12, 2025.

Earlier, on December 5, in the framework of the project "Winter in Moscow" opened the exhibition "All on Ice!", where visitors will get acquainted with the history of winter sports and famous Russian athletes. The exhibition also includes 3D figurines of legendary athletes, such as skater Evgeny Grishin, hockey player Valery Kharlamov, ten-time world champion in figure skating Irina Rodnina and others.
