Dealers of Skywell car brand started to close in Russia

Dealerships of the Chinese brand Skywell have started to close in Russia. Thus, in St. Petersburg car dealerships are no longer dealing with models of this brand. This was told to "Izvestia" on December 18 by interviewed representatives of dealers.

"The cars have run out. The representative office does not know what it will do for the New Year," an employee of the Skywell dealership center in St. Petersburg told the Izvestia correspondent.

In other Russian cities where the Skywell brand is represented, a small number of 2022 and 2023 cars are left in stock.

According to Izvestia, 202 Skywell cars were sold in Russia in the first 11 months of 2024. Compared to last year, sales fell by 61.9%.

Skywell car brand debuted in Russia in late 2022 with an electric crossover ET5. In mid-2023, sales of the HT-i hybrid parkette started.
