This was reported to "Izvestia" in the courtroom on December 16.

On the eve it became known that the damage caused to the Ministry of Defense (MoD) of Russia in the case of the supply of low-quality army dry rations amounted to at least 1.3 billion rubles.
On September 11, it was reported that the unidentified suspects in a particularly large embezzlement related to the case of dry rations could have previously escaped from law enforcers outside the Russian Federation. The documents noted that the businessman Igor Kotelnikov, accused in the case, could have "absconded from the preliminary investigation and court, including by traveling to a foreign state."
