Russian Prosecutor General's Office recognizes Recorded Future, a US NGO, as undesirable

The Russian Prosecutor General's Office has recognized the activities of the American non-governmental organization Recorded Future as undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation. This is stated on Wednesday, December 18, on the website of the agency.

It is noted that the company was founded in 2019, and it specializes in cyber threats, actively interacts with the CIA and intelligence services of other states. The organization is also involved in the collection and analysis of data on the actions of the Russian Armed Forces.

"Provides information and technical support for the propaganda campaign against Russia deployed by the West," the Prosecutor General's Office said.

The press service of the agency added that Recorded Future gives Ukrainian specialists free access to programs that are used to prepare information operations against Russia.

On 4 December, the Russian Prosecutor-General's Office recognized the activities of the international organization The Satanic Temple as undesirable. According to the agency, the organization also supports extremist and terrorist movements, speaks negatively about special operations and calls for the overthrow of the constitutional order in the Russian Federation.
