In Transbaikalia, four people were detained for bribes during accreditation of medical workers

Chairman of the accreditation commission of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in Zabaikalsky Krai and three of his accomplices were detained on suspicion of bribery and illegal issuance of medical licenses to employees. This was reported in the press service of the FSS of Russia in the Transbaikal Territory on December 18.

"Chitinets, being the chairman of the accreditation commission on health care, together with three other figures received bribes from medical workers for illegal issuance of successful primary and specialized accreditation without their passing the relevant exams," - noted in the Telegram-channel.

According to the investigation, more than a thousand cases of receiving bribes totaling 30 million rubles have been established. Currently, all participants of the criminal group are detained.

A criminal case has been initiated on the fact of the incident.

Earlier, December 13, it was reported that the head of the Ministry of Health of Vladimir region Valery Yanin was taken into custody. It is specified that he is charged under part 3 of article 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Misappropriation with the use of official position on a large scale"), paragraph "f" of part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Exceeding official powers, committed out of self-interest").
