Prosecutor's office approves charges against teenager for killing guardian in Krasnoyarsk region

Krasnoyarsk Territory Prosecutor's Office approved the charges against a 15-year-old teenager, who killed his guardian in Zheleznogorsk, he faces imprisonment. This was reported in the regional agency on December 18.

"The Prosecutor's office approved the charge of murder (part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation). The young man faces real imprisonment", - stated in the message of the Prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk region in Telegram-channel.

According to the agency, the schoolboy pleaded guilty and said that before the murder he searched the Internet for how to massacre a person, but found nothing.

"I remember that after the massacre I wrote to the custody officer that everything was bad. Then in my room I thought about what had happened, worried, tried to calm down and fell asleep. I didn't call the police because I didn't want to. And I didn't tell my grandmother that I killed my guardian," - the words of the teenager quote the Prosecutor's Office of Krasnoyarsk Krai.

After the incident, the agency also checked the work of the bodies of prevention systems and took measures to respond because of inadequate work with the family of a troubled teenager. Thus, representations were made to the head of the city, the commission on juvenile affairs, guardianship authorities, police, school. At the same time, the specialist of the department of family and children affairs of the local administration was reprimanded and the director of the educational institution was reprimanded.

Earlier, on October 2, the corpse of a 54-year-old woman with signs of violent death was found in the apartment of a residential building in Zheleznogorsk, Krasnoyarsk region. A 15-year-old teenager, who lived with the murdered woman and her elderly mother, was detained on suspicion of murder. After committing the crime on the grounds of domestic conflict, the teenager went to bed, and in the morning went to school. The mother of the guardian turned to the law enforcement authorities.
