Japan's Finance Ministry reported an 11.3% increase in exports from Russia


Exports of goods from Japan to Russia in November compared to the same month last year increased by 11.3%, while imports decreased by 22.2%. This was reported by the Ministry of Finance of Japan on December 18.
The main factor of growth was the supply of passenger cars in Russia. This indicator rose by 7.3% in line with the identical month of the previous year. The decrease in the percentage of exports was influenced by the reduction of purchases of Russian gas by 26.9% and coal by 56.7%.
Imports from Japan to Russia totaled $488.36 billion, while exports from Russia totaled $160.83 billion.
Earlier, on November 20, it was reported that exports of passenger cars from Japan to Russia increased almost one and a half times. At the end of October, deliveries increased by 45.8% compared to the same period last year.
