The court will consider the case of ex-participant of "King and Shout" Balunov about discrediting the Russian Armed Forces

Krasnogvardeysky district court of St. Petersburg will consider an administrative case against the co-founder of the band "Korol i Shut", former bass guitarist Alexander Balunov under the article on discrediting the Armed Forces (AF) of the Russian Federation. As follows on December 17 from the case card on the court' s website, the hearing is scheduled for December 28.

The case was received by the court the day before, on Monday, December 16. The person involved in it is Balunov Alexander Valentinovich.

An administrative report was drawn up on the figure under article 20.3.3 part 1 ("Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation") of the CAO RF.

Earlier, on December 14, the Moscow City Court approved the decision of the Tverskoy Court of Moscow to impose a fine of 50 thousand rubles on blogger Anastasia Ivleeva for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The fine was imposed under part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation ("Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Russian Armed Forces to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens").
