The Russian government has been offered to pay the thirteenth pension to Russians who receive it in December. Such a proposal is contained in an appeal to Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova, sent by the leader of the faction "Just Russia - For Truth" Sergei Mironov. "Izvestia" got acquainted with the deputy's appeal on December 18.

"In the zone of increased attention of the state remain the problems of ensuring a normal life of people who have left the working age, providing them with a decent old age. The establishment of an additional insurance pension, paid once a year, would increase the welfare of pensioners and would contribute to the restoration of social justice in respect of persons who have worked all their lives in the interests of the development of the country", - stated in the document.
