The estate of US President-elect Donald Trump Mar-a-Lago (Florida), where the politician now holds press conferences, has become practically a new White House. American businessman Ilon Musk agreed with this on December 17.

"Basically yes," Musk wrote in the social network X (formerly Twitter), supporting with a comment a user post that came to this conclusion.

The day before, Trump held a large press briefing at Mar-a-Lago. In a statement to reporters, he noted, among other things, that he would look into possibly banning TikTok in the country, and also noted its role in attracting a youth audience in the past election. Trump noted that his son Barron advised him to pay attention to some particularly popular content creators on the app.

In addition, the politician said he intends to initiate talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky (term expired in May) on resolving the situation in Ukraine.

The election of the 47th president of the United States was held on November 5. In the national vote, Trump received 51% of the vote, while the Democratic candidate Kamala Harris received 47.4%. Later, the politician, speaking to supporters, called himself the 47th President of the United States and said that his goal as head of state considers the cessation of military conflicts in the world.
