The conditions of the experimental legal regime "Personal Medical Assistants" have been extended. Now state clinics in seven regions - the Vladimir and Penza Regions, the Republic of Altai, the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), as well as Moscow and the Moscow Region - will be able to join the program. State medical institutions of the Astrakhan region are expected to join soon. This was reported in the press service of VTB, which implements the project.

"Connecting state medical institutions to our project will significantly increase the availability of medical care for expectant moms and their babies. Thanks to the latest technologies, doctors will be able to monitor the course of patients' pregnancies and identify and treat possible complications in time. Our program, created in cooperation with our partners, ensures quality medical care for expectant mothers and their babies even in remote parts of the country," said Vitaly Lisitsky, Head of VTB's Government Services business unit.

The project was launched in March last year and at the first stage was conducted only in private clinics. The goal of the project to support the health of expectant mothers and children is to provide pregnant women with the assistance of highly qualified doctors in all regions of Russia, to increase the availability of quality medicine and, ultimately, to contribute to an increase in the birth rate in the country.

The program offers online consultations with specialized specialists, remote monitoring of the future mother's condition and insurance in case of complications during pregnancy or critical illness of the child.
