Almost half (47%) of the surveyed Russians are considering the possibility of changing jobs in 2025: among them, 3% will do it for sure, and 44% are ready to move only if they get a good offer. This is stated in the results of the research of the service "Work.ru", which were read by "Izvestia" on December 18.

At the same time, when looking for a job, the majority (84%) of job seekers will put the salary and financial remuneration at the top of the list. It is followed by the desire to work in an adequate team with good management (56%). Geographical factor - the location of the office - is important for 43% of respondents. 36% and 31% respectively assess the attractiveness of vacancies by the availability of flexible schedules and the possibility of remote work.

Secondary, but also significant factors: opportunities for professional development and career growth (31% and 26% respectively), interesting tasks and projects (26%), as well as training opportunities (25%). The availability of a compensation package, benefits and bonuses is important for 23% of respondents.

The experts found out that the main difficulty faced by the survey participants when looking for a job is that the offers do not meet the expectations of job seekers (54%). Also among the difficulties: lack of suitable vacancies (46%) and lack of feedback from employers (31%). In addition, 26% reported an increase in fraud among employers, which makes job seekers extremely cautious. In addition, 24% noted the lack of time for a full-fledged job search, and 21% of respondents face discrimination on various grounds.

Earlier, on October 29, it was reported that among employed Russians 37% of respondents positively perceive overtime, if the employer pays extra for them. And only 11% of employees are willing to perform overtime tasks without compensation. This is evidenced by a survey conducted by the analytical center "Consol.Pro".
