Two people killed in bus accident in Zabaikalye region

As a result of a bus overturn in Gazimuro-Zavodsky district of the Zabaikalsk region, two people were killed, three more were hospitalized. This was reported on December 17 in the press service of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the region.

"At the 426th km of the regional highway Mogoytui - Sretensk - Olochi, the driver of the bus, carrying 21 passengers, failed to cope with the management and allowed the vehicle to overturn," - stated in the message of the press service in Telegram-channel.

As a result of the accident, two people died on the spot from their injuries, three more passengers were hospitalized in the district hospital. It is specified that employees of special services are working on the site. Additional circumstances of the accident are being established.

In the press service of the Prosecutor's office of the Zabaikalsky region added that the fact of the accident is being checked.

"In Zabaikalye the Prosecutor's office organized a check on the fact of a traffic accident that occurred this morning on the regional highway Mogoytui - Sretensk - Olochi", - specified in the message in the Telegram-channel.

In the Prosecutor's office also took the course of this incident under control. In the course of inspections will be established correctness of compliance with the rules of labor protection and traffic safety.

Earlier, on December 16, a shuttle bus with passengers got into an accident in Togliatti, it is preliminary known about seven victims. The accident occurred on Lenin Street, when the driver of the vehicle failed to cope with the control and crashed into a pole.
