Russian military destroyed an AFU combat vehicle in Kursk region

Servicemen of the "North" group of troops have destroyed a combat vehicle of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Kursk Region. Images of the liquidation of equipment are at the disposal of Izvestia.

The enemy combat vehicle was destroyed with the help of a kamikaze drone in the village of Daryino.

Earlier in the day, Rosgvardiya fighters also destroyed an armored combat vehicle of the AFU in the Kursk region. The vehicle was discovered during aerial reconnaissance of the area and was eliminated by a kamikaze drone strike.

The AFU attacked Russian positions in the border areas of Kursk Region on August 6. The situation in the region was recognized as a federal emergency. The operation to destroy the militants continues.

The special operation to protect Donbass, the beginning of which Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was taken against the background of the aggravated situation in the region.
