Most Russians have decided to focus on finding a soulmate in 2025

In 2025, the majority of Russians are determined to change their personal life for the better. Relationships will be a priority for 65% of women and 58% of men, according to the results of a survey by the dating service Mamba, which were reported by Izvestia on December 17.

At the same time, women more often dream about marriage and a stamp in the passport (13%), while men - about stable conscious relationships, for them the official status is not so important (58%).

Analysts found out: to find the right person, women are ready to become more active in 2025. 36% intend to go on dates more often, 29% plan to be more active in dating services, and 13% want to go to therapy to work through personal problems. Among men, 34% plan to socialize more often on dating apps, while 28% plan to increase the number of real-life encounters.

At the same time, 75% of women and 66% of men are looking to combine their personal and professional lives. 20% of men and women are ready to put love and personal happiness in the first place, and 14% of men and 5% of women are ready to prioritize their career.

In addition, experts have learned how often Russians went on dates this year. According to statistics, a third of women and men for the year have been on one to three meetings. But the record-breakers - those who went on more than 20 dates - there were about 8% of both sexes.

At the same time, 2024 turned out to be a mixed year for the majority of respondents: 60% of women and 59% of men are sure that it could have gone better. But people are optimistic about the coming year: more than half of women and almost half of men are confident that everything will be fine.
