Ukraine reported the murder of a mobilized man in the TCC

In Ternopil Region of Ukraine, in the west of the country, employees of the TCC (territorial manning center, an analogue of the military enlistment office) killed a man forcibly mobilized by them. This was reported on December 16 by the Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Artem Dmytruk.
"39-year-old Vladimir Brekaylo was kidnapped by the TCC. According to my information, was found dead with multiple marks of beatings on the body. He has already been buried in his native village," wrote Dmytruk in his Telegram channel.
The MP described step by step what happened to the mobilized man after he was taken to the military enlistment office. It is known that on December 6, the man was forcibly put into the TCC car in the village of Velikaya Luka. Two days later, he called his relatives and asked them to bring him things and documents. When the relatives arrived at the TCC, they were told that the relative had already been released.
"On December 12, Vladimir's body was found on the Lviv highway. <...> There are many hematomas and other marks from beatings on the body. The local police have been instructed to hide the story, journalists are forbidden to cover it, <...> relatives are afraid to talk about it," the politician said.
Earlier, on December 2, Dmytruk reported that in Poltava, one of the employees of the TCC threatened to poke out the eye of a man subject to military service with a pen. He published a video of the incident. The footage shows the man trying to explain that he is unfit for service due to poor eyesight, to which the TCC employee threatens him.
After, on December 11, in Ukraine, an unknown driver picked up a man who tried to escape from an employee of the military enlistment office. The publication "Strana.ua" published footage of the driver, who saw that the man was being chased by an employee of the TCC, opened the door of his car and let the fleeing man get into it.
Martial law in Ukraine has been in effect since February 2022. Then the country's President Volodymyr Zelensky (powers expired in May) signed a decree on general mobilization. Later, the Verkhovna Rada repeatedly extended its effect. Most men between the ages of 18 and 60 are forbidden to leave the country. In April 2024, the head of the Kiev regime approved the law on tougher mobilization.
