Dolina director pointed out the effect of EU sanctions against all Russians

People's Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina will not comment on the imposition of sanctions against her by the European Union. This was announced to Izvestia on December 16 by the performer's director Sergei Pudovkin. On behalf of himself, the interlocutor added that it is a matter of association to continue to impose restrictions on Russia.
Earlier in the day, the EU expanded anti-Russian sanctions, imposing them including against Dolina. The official document of the association notes that the restriction against the singer was approved for the fact that she supports the special operation, performs in front of the Russian military and in the cities of Donbass.
"Larisa Alexandrovna will not comment on nonsense and nasty things. Not the level of the artist to pay attention to it. From myself I can say that <...> sanctions have been imposed for almost three years now against every resident of our country without exception. Well, you can't write down everyone, they will run out of ink and paper to write down everyone by name. Therefore, some additional personal restrictions or some lists... let them choke on these lists with their ink and their bad decisions," concluded Pudovkin.
Earlier in the day, EU foreign ministers gave final approval to the 15th package of economic and individual sanctions against Russia. The list of restrictions includes 54 individuals and 30 organizations. In addition, restrictions are imposed against 52 vessels, which are prohibited access to ports and the provision of a large number of different services in the field of maritime transportation.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said on November 7 that the volume of Western anti-Russian sanctions is unparalleled in history, but they have not dealt Russia "a crushing blow, from which it will not be able to recover." The head of state emphasized that the world actually needs Russia and no decisions of Washington and Brussels will change this.
Western countries have tightened sanctions pressure on Russia in connection with the special operation to protect Donbass. The decision to launch it was announced on February 24, 2022 after the situation in the region worsened due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
