Ukraine's main flag was removed from the flagpole in Kiev due to bad weather

The main flag of Ukraine in Kiev at the Motherland monument had to be removed from the flagpole due to bad weather. This was reported by the Kiev city military administration in its Telegram channel on December 16.

The decision was made based on the statements of weather forecasters, who predicted strong winds.

"According to forecasts of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, on December 16 in Kiev gusts of strong wind 25-28 m/s (II level of danger, "orange")", - reported the administration.

The authorities want to avoid damage to the cloth. The flag will be returned to its place after weather conditions improve.

Earlier, on December 10, the main flag of Ukraine, located in Kiev at the monument "Motherland", had to be removed from the flagpole, as the national symbol was damaged due to bad weather.
