Russian President Vladimir Putin presents state awards to winners and medalists of the Paralympic Games in Paris at the Grand Kremlin Palace on Monday, December 16. The broadcast is carried by Izvestia.

At the Paris Games, Russian Paralympians won 64 medals (most of them in water sports) - 20 gold, 21 silver and 23 bronze - and took eighth place in the unofficial team standings.

In Paris, Russian Paralympians competed in a neutral status.
