New Peugeot debut dates in Russia are known

Automobile Technologies, which produces Citroen cars in the Kaluga region, plans to bring a new Peugeot model to the Russian market in the coming months. A source in the company told Izvestia on December 16.

The start of sales of the new Peugeot is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025. It is not specified exactly what model will enter the market.

Sales of Citroen C5 Aircross cars, which are produced in Kaluga from components supplied by a friendly partner, started in Russia at the end of May. In addition to the production of C5 Aircross, Automobile Technologies supplies Russia with Citroen C5X crossover and three Peugeot models - crossovers 2008, 4008 and 5008.

All imported cars are covered by a warranty - two years or 100 thousand kilometers of mileage. In the case of the C5 Aircross delivered to the assembly line of the Russian Federation, the warranty is three years or 100 thousand kilometers of mileage.

Earlier in the day it became known that in Russia the first model of the Korean company KG Mobility (KGM), which until spring 2023 was called SsangYong, will be the Korando crossover of the fourth generation. Car sales will begin in the first quarter of 2025.
