AI processed more than 900 thousand citizens' appeals for the direct line with Putin

Artificial intelligence has already received and processed more than 900 thousand citizens' appeals before the direct line with Russian President Vladimir Putin, which will be held on December 19. This was reported in the call center of the movement "Popular Front" on December 15.

"At the moment received and processed with the help of artificial intelligence (AI) more than 900 thousand messages from citizens. The top topics of concern for citizens today: housing, activities of the authorities and health care", - added the AI specialist of Sberbank PJSC Kristina Belkina.

The girl noted that young people are mainly interested in education and science, and older people - medicine, social benefits and housing.

The footage also shows the work of volunteers and representatives of the "People's Front" headquarters. Call-center started working on the night of December 8, since then every day calls are received and each appeal is processed.

"There are a lot of appeals. The editorial group where I work, we work both day and night. Constantly calling with colleagues, not waiting for a direct line, immediately work on those issues that can be solved", - said the head of the regional executive committee of the "People's Front" in the Murmansk region Maxim Sakhnevich.

As an example, he cited the situation with a disabled man of group II David Aslanovich from the village of Nikitovka, Belgorod region, whom the volunteers of the movement helped to get a supply of firewood for the winter. The man and his wife live alone on the outskirts of the village and are unable to stock up on firewood on their own. It took one day to fulfill the request: just a day later, 15 cubic meters of firewood for heating were delivered to the man's house. The volunteers also brought the pensioners a food kit and warm blankets. As noted by representatives of the movement, David Aslanovich's wife could not hold back tears.

Sakhnevich also added that there are a lot of questions that can be solved before the direct line, and the headquarters is working on it and will continue to work to help people.

Dmitry Yeliseyev, one of the participants of the youth wing of the "People's Front", said that each of the appeals received is memorable in its own way. Among the most vivid he noted the call of a boy who told Vladimir Putin about his dream to go to the Artek camp and congratulated the head of state on the coming New Year.

December 14, Putin said that he had already familiarized himself with the questions to be answered during the direct line, and noted that the country is developing, but there are still many issues to be resolved.

The direct line of the head of state will be combined with a large press conference. The events will be held under the title "The results of the year with Vladimir Putin". Representatives of Western media and foreign journalists accredited in Russia have received invitations.
