Ukraine reported damage to an infrastructure facility in Mykolaiv


An infrastructure facility has been damaged in Mykolaiv in southern Ukraine. This was reported by the mayor of the city, Oleksandr Senkevich, on December 15.
"There is damage to an infrastructure facility," he wrote in his Telegram channel.
An air alert was also announced in the city.
Earlier, on December 13, the Russian Defense Ministry said that the Russian Armed Forces (AF) carried out 15 group strikes with high-precision weapons and drones on Ukrainian military facilities and energy sector during the week.
As a result of the Russian army's actions, the infrastructure of military airfields, drone assembly and storage sites, as well as arsenals, ammunition depots and locations of Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) formations and foreign mercenaries were destroyed.
The special operation to protect Donbass, the start of which was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was taken against the background of the aggravated situation in the region.
