Governor reports casualty in AFU attack on Bryansk region


A Ukrainian kamikaze drone attack on the Bryansk region has injured one person in the village of Kurkovichi in Starodubsky municipal district, Governor Alexander Bogomaz said on December 14.
"As a result of the terrorist attack, a resident of the village unfortunately received shrapnel wounds to his hands, legs and abdomen. He was taken to the district hospital, where he was promptly provided with all the necessary medical care," the head of the region wrote in his Telegram channel.
As Bogomaz noted, operational services continue to work at the scene.
At 23:24, the head of the Orel region Andrei Klychkov reported about the extinguished fire resulting from the attack of Ukrainian drones.
At 22:30, Governor Bogomaz reported that air defense means (Air Defense Forces) had intercepted and destroyed a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in the sky over the Bryansk region; there were no casualties or damage.
Shortly before, at 21:40, the head of the Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin reported five casualties as a result of a drone attack on the town of Gorlovka. Six houses, a school, a territorial center and several buses were also damaged.
On the same day, two people were injured when an AFU drone attacked a service vehicle in Horlivka. They received injuries of varying degrees of severity.
Ukrainian militants are shelling the territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, as well as Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions on a daily basis amid a special operation to protect Donbass, the start of which Russia announced on February 24, 2022.
