In Dagestan, the work of power facilities disrupted by wind and snowfall has been restored

Specialists have repaired all damage to power facilities after strong wind and snowfall in Dagestan. This was reported on December 14 in Dagenergo, a branch of Rosseti North Caucasus.

Earlier it was reported that more than 50 thousand people were left without electricity due to bad weather.

"Specialists of the branch "Dagenergo" eliminated all technological violations in the main network 6-110 kV (provides electricity to settlements) after the hurricane wind and snowfall. At present, power engineers are fulfilling individual requests of consumers on the 0.4 kV network (provides power supply to residential buildings)," - stated in the Telegram-channel of the company.

92 brigades of "Dagenergo", which included 276 specialists and 92 units of equipment participated in the restoration work. It is also reported that the employees of the branch were transferred to a special mode of work in connection with the deterioration of weather conditions.

Earlier, on October 25, Magadan was covered with snow, as a result of which many cars got bogged down in snowdrifts. Firefighters and rescuers provided assistance to stranded drivers. In addition, it was reported that due to unfavorable weather conditions in schools of Magadan introduced free attendance.
