A fire at a fuel facility in the Orel region was localized

The situation at a fuel infrastructure facility in Orel Region after a night attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) drones is under control. This was stated by the governor of the region Andrei Klychkov on December 14.

"The incident has not affected the functioning of important infrastructure nodes and facilities, including gas stations in the region," he wrote in his Telegram channel.

Klychkov said that at the moment the fire has been completely localized. Employees of operational services are working at the scene. Specialists are monitoring air quality and environmental conditions. In case of detection of dangerous concentration, temporary accommodation points will be organized.

The Governor urged the residents of the Orel region to remain calm and not to trust fake news.

Fuel at an infrastructure facility in the Orel region caught fire as a result of an attack by Ukrainian drones earlier in the day. The head of the region specified that there were no victims and casualties.
