In Moscow, a 44-year-old man pierced his chest during a wake as a result of falling on a skewer. This was reported by a source of Izvestiya on December 14.

According to the source, the incident occurred on December 11, when the men were remembering a friend in the bathhouse. One of the men went outside. After a while, his friends went out after him and saw the friend lying on the ground. He had a wound in the chest area. An ambulance was called to the scene.

As the source specified, the man was hospitalized, he underwent surgery. Coming to himself, the victim said that he slipped when he went outside and fell on the shampoo.

Earlier, on December 5, it was reported that a nine-year-old girl was injured after falling on a bag of spokes in a shopping center on Planernaya Street in St. Petersburg. It was specified that at the entrance to the shopping center the girl tripped and fell on a bag with items for knitting, which was carried by her mother, as a result of which a spoke pierced the child's lung. She was hospitalized in serious condition.
