Air defense forces destroyed five UAVs over Belgorod Region in half an hour

Air defense forces have destroyed five Ukrainian drones of airplane type in the skies over Belgorod Region. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry on December 14.

The attack was carried out between 09:10 and 09:40.

Earlier in the day, the Russian Defense Ministry said that air defense means overnight intercepted and destroyed 37 Ukrainian drones over Russian regions.

The AFU is trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the start of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
