The husband of blogger Elena Blinovskaya Alexei filed an appeal against the court decision on the bankruptcy of the blogger. Information about this is posted in the electronic file of the case.

From its data it follows that Blinovsky filed a complaint in the arbitration court of appeal of Moscow on December 6, it was transferred to the 9th arbitration court of appeal, the meeting will be held on February 4, 2025.

Earlier, on December 12, Blinovskaya's tax lawyer Ivan Morozov said that the blogger filed a complaint with the Supreme Court of Russia because of the refusal to satisfy her lawsuit against the Federal Tax Service (FTS) inspection, in which Blinovskaya demanded to reduce her taxes, penalties and fines, the total amount of which is more than 1.2 billion rubles. On December 5, the FTS filed an application to include this amount in the debt claims against the blogger.

On November 29, the state portal "My Taxes" published information that Blinovskaya had paid 1 billion 173 million rubles of debt to the tax authorities.

Before that, on November 13, the court declared the blogger bankrupt. At the same time, tax inspectors were against such a decision because of the property at the disposal of Blinovskaya. Her lawyers, in turn, said that the blogger will repay the debts by the end of December. Two days later, the Federal Tax Service closed Blinovskaya's legal entity.

In April 2023, the blogger was detained on suspicion of fraud for non-payment of taxes in the amount of about 918 million rubles. For about a year she was under house arrest. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation completed the investigation against Blinovskaya on July 25. On August 30, 2024, the blogger partially pleaded guilty to tax evasion.
