Moscow City Court on Saturday, December 14, approved the decision of the Tverskoy Court of Moscow to award blogger Anastasia Ivleeva a fine of 50 thousand rubles for discrediting the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

"The appellate court dismissed Ivleeva's complaint and approved the decision of the court of first instance to find her guilty of committing an administrative offense - discrediting the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, for which the blogger was previously fined," TASS quoted the court's decision as saying.

The fine was imposed under part 1 of article 20.3.3. of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Russian Armed Forces to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens).

The reason for drawing up a protocol against the blogger was her post in Instagram (belonging to the organization Meta, recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).

Earlier, on November 28, the court rejected Ivleeva's appeal in the case of discrediting the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. It is specified that the document was registered on October 3.

The protocol for discrediting the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on the blogger was drawn up in January for her post of two years ago. In it Ivleeva opposed the special operation to protect Donbass. The ruling was issued by the court on April 25, the blogger was fined 50 thousand rubles. The blogger did not admit her guilt.

Last December, the blogger's "naked" party at the club Mutabor in Moscow caused a public outcry. It was attended by various show business stars, including Lolita Milyavskaya, Philip Kirkorov, Dmitry Bilan, as well as bloggers with millions of dollars, wives and children of major top managers and deputies.
