Fuel caught fire in the Orel region due to a massive drone attack


A massive attack by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the Orel region has caused fuel to catch fire at a local infrastructure facility, Governor Andrei Klychkov said on December 14.
"Today's night was turbulent over the Orel region. As a result of a massive attack by drones there was a fuel fire at an infrastructure facility, shrapnel from downed drones damaged the glazing of several private houses," the head of the region wrote at 3:16 in his Telegram channel.
Klychkov specified that there were no victims or casualties as a result of the attack. Emergency services are working at the scene.
Shortly before that, at 2:15, Governor Veniamin Kondratiev reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) with the help of drones attempted to attack civilian infrastructure facilities in the Krasnodar region. In the village of Maryanskaya the wreckage of one of the UAVs fell on a private house, partially damaged outbuildings, windows were broken. There were no casualties.
The night before, at 22:10 in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of Issues Related to War Crimes of Ukraine (JCCC) reported that a Kamikaze drone of the Ukrainian armed formations (UFU) attacked Gorlovka in the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR).
Ukrainian militants have been shelling the territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, as well as Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions on a daily basis amid a special operation to protect Donbass, which Russia announced on February 24, 2022.
