The US public demands from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to provide more detailed information about unknown drones, which have been observing over residential neighborhoods in New York for several weeks. This was stated by New Jersey Congressman Josh Gothheimer on December 13.

"The bottom line is this: they're not providing enough information to the public, and the public is concerned. Believe me, I hear about this all the time from my constituents, and I think it's time for them to come out and inform immediately," the official told CNN.

New Jersey Democratic Governor Phil Murphy has formally requested additional resources from US President Joe Biden's administration to better address the current situation.

"While I am truly grateful for your administration's leadership in addressing this troubling issue, it has become clear that additional resources are needed to fully understand what is behind this activity," Murphy said in a letter sent to Washington.

On the same day, Connecticut became the latest state in the U.S. to report unauthorized unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) flights. At that time, it also became known about an unidentified drone that flew several times over a U.S. Navy weapons slide in the state of New Jersey. When exactly the drones were spotted, it is not reported.

About unknown drones over New Jersey became known earlier, on December 11. Then Senator from the state of New Jersey John Bramnick called for a state of emergency to ban the use of drones in response to numerous reports of unknown aircraft spotted in recent weeks.
