In Krasnodar, the license of the PSC guarding the school after the knife incident was revoked

In Krasnodar, the license of the private security company (PSC) "YURAB", which guarded the school, where a teenager with a knife attacked the students, was revoked. This was reported on December 13 in the press service of the main Directorate of the Rosgvardiya of the Krasnodar region.

"The main Directorate of the Rosgvardiya in Krasnodar region conducted an unscheduled inspection in respect of the company that was guarding the branch of school № 94 during the incident that occurred there on December 6", - stated in the message of the department in Telegram-channel.

It specified that the results of the inspection showed a number of gross violations of license requirements, in connection with which the decision was taken to suspend the license for security activities.

About the attack of a pupil on children in the Krasnodar school became known on December 6. Preliminarily, one of the schoolchildren loudly turned on music with a Bluetooth speaker, and the second did not appreciate this action and began to stab him. The attacker was detained.

At the same time, on December 7, it was reported that the attempt of two schoolchildren to stand up for the girl, who was offended by the attacker, could be the cause of the attack. It was noted that the girl, who could defend the victims, was found abrasions and bruises.

A criminal case under part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and part 1 of article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Negligence") hasbeen instituted. A pedagogical investigation was also organized. On the same day, the pupils injured in the attack were discharged home and sent for outpatient treatment.

December 11, the minor accused of the attack was elected a measure of restraint. The teenager was forbidden to leave the residential premises from evening until morning, to leave the region, to communicate with persons under criminal proceedings, to attend school, to use the Internet and to be in places of mass gathering of people.

December 13, it became known that the parents of the teenager will be deported from Russia for violation of the regime of stay in the country. The court found both guilty under part 1 of article 18.8 of the CAO RF and imposed an administrative penalty of 2 thousand rubles fine with administrative forced deportation from the Russian Federation and preliminary placement in a detention center.
