"Avtozavod St. Petersburg", which produced Nissan cars until 2022, has patented a new emblem. It is published in the open database of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS).

The logo is an ellipse, which encloses a drawing of a drawn bridge. Now Xcite cars, which are produced at the plant in St. Petersburg, have nameplates with the image of the letter X.

In November, Avtozavod St. Petersburg presented the Xcite X-Cross 8 crossover, which became the second model of the brand. It is offered in three configurations. The most affordable front-wheel-drive version is estimated at 2.99 million rubles, in the maximum version the crossover costs 3.4 million rubles.

Sales of Xcite X-Cross 7 started in Russia at the end of May. In early December, it was reported that Avtozavod St. Petersburg does not plan to launch new models under its Xcite brand next year.

On December 6, the press service of Avtozavod St. Petersburg said that the company will produce up to 20 thousand cars by the end of 2024. In March, Governor Alexander Beglov said that Avtozavod St. Petersburg plans to produce up to 25 thousand cars under the Xcite brand by the end of this year.
