39 new charging stations have appeared in the Moscow Transport app. They are marked in purple, like other fast EZS, said Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

To recharge, when booking, you need to link a bank card for payment and add an email for receipts, and then start a charging session in the usual way.

"The popularity of electric cars continues to grow - since the beginning of 2024, Muscovites have recharged at the city's EZS more than 440,000 times. Therefore, we continue to install new charging stations on the task of the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin. Recently their number within the framework of the project "Energy of Moscow" has increased, now about 290 city electric charging stations are available to users", - told Liksutov.

According to him, for the pilot project there is a recommended tariff of 20 rubles/kWh. At such tariffs charging of an electric car will cost cheaper per kilometer run compared to conventional cars. The decision on tariffication of all charging stations will be made based on the results of the pilot project.

The electric car recharging function in the Moscow Transport app can be found in the Tickets and Services section of the side menu. There you can also find the history of charging sessions.

Up to 30 thousand charging stations should appear in the capital by 2030, according to the official website of the mayor of Moscow. Within the framework of the pilot project they are already being installed on the basis of transformer substations in city yards.
