The corresponding law was adopted during the 100th session of the Moscow Regional Duma. As specified in the department, violations will be identified with the help of cameras of the system "Safe Region" and during raids in urban districts.

The amount of fines for individuals will be from 2.5 thousand to 5 thousand rubles, for individual entrepreneurs and officials - from 10 thousand to 30 thousand rubles, for legal entities - from 150 thousand to 200 thousand rubles. In case of repeated violation within a year, the amount of the fine will increase, writes the online edition of "Podmoskovye Segodnya".

To suppress repeated cases of illegal trade in the former location, illegal goods will be seized throughout the region.

Earlier in November "Izvestia" wrote that Russia is preparing to tighten the turnover of motor oils and spare parts. Counterfeit products are proposed to be blocked at cash registers during sale, and all types of technical fluids and car parts are subject to mandatory labeling.
