Nine cars collided on the Kavkaz highway in the Stavropol Territory


As a result of two accidents on the federal road "Kavkaz" nine cars collided in Mineralovodsk district. This was reported on December 13 by the press service of the traffic police of the Stavropol region in Telegram.
"According to preliminary data, today at about 15 hours on the 328th kilometer of the federal highway "Kavkaz" there were two accidents in which nine cars collided", - stated in the publication.
According to the traffic police, there were no casualties.
As noted in the agency, the possible cause of the collision may be the drivers' failure to observe the speed limit and safe distance, as well as the formed ice.
It is specified that the traffic on the site has already been partially restored. Now at the scene of the incident is working road patrol service (DPS).
Earlier in the day it was reported about the collision of four cars near Kaliningrad, as a result of which two people were injured.
Also on December 13, two people were injured in an accident involving a bus and a trolleybus in St. Petersburg. According to preliminary data, the bus driver was to blame for the accident, who entered the intersection at the prohibited traffic signal. Protocols were drawn up against the man under part 1 of article 11.23 ("Driving a vehicle without a tachograph") and article 12.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of the rules of using seat belts").
