Sobyanin told about the progress of construction of a new bridge across the Moskva River

In the capital city the main structures of the new six-lane bridge across the Moskva River between Shelepikhinskaya embankment and Filevskaya floodplain have been completed. This was told in his official Telegram-channel by the mayor of the city Sergey Sobyanin.

The construction will greatly improve transport service of four districts: Filevsky Park, Presnensky, Khoroshevo-Mnevniki and Khoroshevsky, where about 500 thousand people live.

An additional exit will be created from the Filevsky Park district to the TTK and Zvenigorodskoye highway. And after opening of one more bridge - in the Myasishcheva Street section - there will be a direct transport connection between Mnevnikovskaya and Filevskaya floodplains with further access to Shelepikhinskoe and Zvenigorodskoe highway. In addition, the load on the western sector of the TTC, Kutuzovsky Prospekt and Shelepikhinsky Bridge will be reduced.

It is also planned to reconstruct the adjacent roads, including Beregovoy proezd and the section from the bridge to Shelepikhinsky highway.

The construction is planned to be completed in September-October 2025. This is one of three automobile bridges, which are being built in the area of Filevskaya floodplain. There will be a fourth one - pedestrian. They will reliably connect the area where the National Space Center and new residential areas are being built with the rest of the city.
