The parents of the teenager, who attacked his peers with a knife at a school in Krasnodar, will be deported from Russia for violating the regime of stay in the country. This decision was made on December 13 by the city's Prikubansky district court.
"Prikubansky district court of the city of Krasnodar considered administrative materials in respect of citizens of the Republic of Armenia on their commission of an administrative offense <...> It was established that foreign citizens violated the regime of stay", - reported in the Telegram-channel of the joint press service of the courts of the Krasnodar region.
The court found both guilty under part 1 of article 18.8 of the CAO RF and imposed an administrative penalty in the form of 2 thousand rubles fine with administrative forced expulsion from the Russian Federation and preliminary placement in a temporary detention center.
Earlier, December 11, the minor accused of the attack was elected a measure of restraint. The teenager was forbidden to leave the residential premises from evening to morning, to leave the region, to communicate with persons under criminal proceedings, to attend school, to use the Internet and to be in places of mass gathering of people.
About the attack of the pupil on children in the Krasnodar school became known on December 6. Preliminarily, one of the schoolchildren loudly turned on music with a Bluetooth speaker, and the second did not appreciate this action and began to stab him. The attacker was detained.
At the same time, on December 7, it was reported that the attempt of two schoolchildren to stand up for the girl, who was offended by the attacker, could be the cause of the attack. It was noted that the girl, who could defend the victims, was found abrasions and bruises.
A criminal case under part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and part 1 of article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Negligence") hasbeen instituted. A pedagogical investigation was also organized. On the same day, the pupils injured in the attack were discharged home and sent for outpatient treatment.
