The 2nd Western District Military Court of Moscow on Friday, December 13, sentenced Dmitry Pipko, former deputy general director of Atlas LLC, and Andrey Epifantsev, ex-general director of M-Stroy enterprise, to seven and three years in a general regime colony in the case of embezzlement during the execution of a contract to build bunkers for the Russian Defense Ministry.

"To assign Pipko a punishment of seven years' imprisonment with serving time in a general regime colony with a fine of 1.5 million rubles. Epifantsev to assign three years of general regime colony with a fine of 500 thousand rubles," - reports the verdict TASS.

It was also revealed the destruction of evidence by the defendants: the removal of servers and the destruction of cell phones in a microwave.
