Certificate of participation in the SWE started to be issued in "My Documents" centers

A certificate of participation in a special military operation has begun to be issued in the state service centers "My Documents". Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said in his official Telegram channel that both servicemen and their family members, including parents of minor children, can apply for the document.

The term of service provision is 4 working days. If additional verification is required - up to 30 calendar days.

The certificate is needed to confirm the right to legal and social assistance, to receive social support measures.

In addition to the "My Documents" centers, the document will be available at the Russian State Services Portal, at the Military and Social Center of the Russian Ministry of Defense, at the Unified Support Center for the participants of the military service, at the military enlistment office or military unit.
