Ukrainian authorities reported emergency power outages


Emergency power cuts have started across Ukraine. The country's Energy Minister German Galushchenko said on Friday, December 13, that this happened against the backdrop of the explosions that sounded.
"Power engineers are taking all necessary measures to minimize the consequences for the energy system," he wrote on his Facebook page (owned by Meta, an organization recognized as extremist in Russia).
The administration of the Ternopil region in the Telegram-channel reported about the blackout in half of the region's residents.
According to the service "Digital Kiev", emergency blackouts have also started in the Ukrainian capital.
The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on the information about the explosions.
The day before, the Ukrainian daily Strana.ua reported about two powerful explosions in Kiev Region.
Earlier, on December 9, it became known that in Ukraine in Brovary district of Kiev region and Ivano-Frankivsk region there were explosions amid an air alert. The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on the information.
