Rosgvardeys discovered a cache of AFU weapons in Zaporizhzhya region


Rosgvardiya fighters have discovered a camouflaged cache of Ukrainian nationalists in one of the settlements of Zaporizhzhya region. As the press service of the agency notes on December 13, the cache was located in a forest belt on the outskirts of the village.
As follows from the video provided by the press service, a service dog helped to find the ammunition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) buried in the ground. In order to retrieve the find, a cordon was set up and the area was checked for hidden booby traps.
After a thorough inspection, sappers of the engineering unit extracted the weapons and ammunition.
"The cache contained mine fuses, small arms, including a NATO-made grenade launcher. The arsenal is withdrawn for examination and destruction", - indicated in the Department.
Before that, on November 25, employees of the Rosgvardia during reconnaissance and search activities together with representatives of military counterintelligence found in the Zaporizhzhya region a cache of ammunition and weapons of the NATO model. The found arsenal was destroyed by specialists of the engineering and technical division of the Rosgvardia.
