A patient who came to see a cardiologist died in a private clinic in St. Petersburg. This was reported on Friday, December 13, by the source of "Izvestia".

According to doctors, a 46-year-old resident of the Leningrad region the day before went to a medical institution on Vyborg highway with complaints of heart pain.

At some point the man felt bad and fell down. Medics tried to conduct cardiopulmonary resuscitation, but it was not possible to save him.

Earlier, on November 1, a patient of a St. Petersburg plastic surgery clinic died after surgery. A criminal case was initiated. According to the city department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the girl tried to resuscitate, but without success. The husband of the deceased told Izvestia that a medical examination subsequently revealed pulmonary embolism and lower limb blood clots in the deceased.
