The flagship and urological centers of the Moscow Botkin Multidisciplinary Research and Clinical Center (MMRCC) opened a year ago. About their work on Friday, December 13, told on the official website of the mayor of the city Sergei Sobyanin.
"During this time, doctors of the flagship center provided emergency medical care to 65 thousand patients and performed more than 10 thousand operations. The medics have at their disposal a powerful diagnostic service and nine ultramodern operating rooms," the mayor's words are quoted in the message.
Patients in critical condition are helped as quickly as possible, noted Sobyanin. Immediately from the ambulance they get to the anti-shock hall - the "red" zone. In the "yellow" and "green" zones a doctor comes to the patient.
The Moscow Urological Center is considered the largest robotic center in Russia - three of its seven operating rooms are equipped with the latest robot-assisted systems, Sobyanin added.
Since December last year it has received more than 12 thousand patients.
Prior to that, in October, Sobyanin reported that in 2025 the expenditures for the development of health care in the capital will increase by 8%. Br1.1 trillion will be allocated from the budget for these purposes, taking into account MHI. According to him, by the end of 2028 in the city it is supposed to finish the formation of a new framework of outpatient and inpatient medical care. In particular, the mayor noted, the construction of new hospitals will begin as part of the Research Institute of Emergency Care named after Sklifosovsky and the Demikhov State Clinical Hospital. In total for three years, from 2025 to 2027, in Moscow will be built 31 objects of public health care, he pointed out.
