A nutritionist warned Russians about the dangers of herring under a fur coat


The benefits and harm of the salad "herring under a fur coat" depends on its preparation. This was reported by nutritionist Natalia Pavlyuk on Thursday, December 12.
"If we are talking about the average herring under a fur coat, which is made with a huge amount of mayonnaise, sometimes even floating in it, there is a lot of extra fat. This can lead to problems with the gastrointestinal tract," the expert explained in a conversation with Radio 1.
The specialist noted that people with pancreatitis may have an exacerbation of the disease, and some people with cardiovascular disease excess fat is better not to use.
The nutritionist recommended making the salad yourself to be sure of the composition and quality of products, RT reports.
Earlier in the day, gastroenterologist Nikita Kharlov recommended to refuse crab salad and olivier on the New Year's table. According to the specialist, it is better to replace them with several cans of caviar, reports 360.ru.
